Western Sydney and Wollongong Schools Program

The D&C Mechanical Services contract was awarded to New Edge Group by head contractor, Hansen Yuncken. The project comprised works at Cecil Hills Primary School, Marsden Road Primary School, Quakers Hill Primary School, Canley Vale High School, Wollongong Primary School, Gwynneville Primary School and Riverstone High School.  Core facilities included libraries, canteens, halls, administration and landscape spaces were considered with dual purpose. These more civic elements of the schools were designed to enhance a sense of civic welcome, enable a range of joint use activities to occur and promote inter-connectivity of school and community as a result.
