St. George Hospital - Stage 3 - Priority & Infrastructure Works (SCHPIW) (Health Infrastructure)
St George Hospital Stage 3 – Priority & Infrastructure Works (SCHPIW) are critical Design Finalisation & Construction (DF&C) works as part of the next stage of the campus redevelopment with the overall intent being to free the development zone for the future Ambulatory Care Building (Stage 3 Main Works).
The key milestones include:
Milestone 1 – Clinical Skills Centre/New COVID-19 Assessment Centre
Milestone 2 – MME Power Supply/Expansion and Fit-out of MRI Cold Shell
Milestone 3 – Radiology 2 Fluoroscopy Screening Unit/Expand Nuclear Medicine/Acute Care Imaging
Milestone 4 – Demolition of Building 26
Milestone 5 – Installation of New Natural Gas Manifold
Milestone 6 – Demolition of Radiology 2/Demolition of the Kensington St Carpark
