Lawyers Gilbert & Tobin received a new fitout that was designed by Woods Bagot Architects at their premises in Barangaroo Tower 2 to comprise new general office areas, several meeting rooms, boardrooms, private/quiet offices, and a designated client floor. The project was very tasteful in finishes and conducive to operating in a professional, and sophisticated environment. New Edge Group was appointed by MPA to undertake the mechanical services subcontract which included for the supply of all labour, materials, plant and equipment for the complete manufacture, fabrication, storage, supply, transporting and delivery to site, unloading, installation and certification of the mechanical works and accessories. The project required working 6 days per week to achieve the tight program and was designed to receive a 5-Star Green Star Office Interiors v1.1 rating and 5-Star NABERS Energy Tenancy rating.
