The Dicker Data New Headquarters and Distribution Centre, located in Kurnell, NSW, is a notable industrial project by Novati Constructions. It features a 6,000 sq.m 2-storey office building and a 40,000 sq.m storage facility, combining modern office space with efficient storage capabilities.

New Edge Group was responsible for the Design & Construct (D&C) Electrical and Mechanical HVAC Services for this project. Their work included implementing air to air and refrigerant heat recovery systems to enhance energy efficiency. Additionally, due to the coastal location of the project, special attention was given to selecting plant and external equipment that could withstand harsh coastal conditions, ensuring durability without compromising on aesthetics.
