Deloitte QQT - Fitout

New Edge Group undertook the mechanical services for Deloitte’s headquarters located at Quay Quarter Tower, 50 Bridge Street, Sydney. The project encompasses 27,000 square metres across 14 floors and has been designed for a 5-Star Green Star and Green Star Interiors Rating v1.3, WELL v2 Graduated – Platinum rating and NABERS Tenancy Energy – 5 Stars. The project encompassed the fitout of their offices, collaboration rooms, training and seminar rooms, open workspace, individual focus rooms, wellness rooms, café spaces and commercial kitchen. Particular attention was given to tenancy comfort levels and acoustic privacy.
