Confidential Project​

Directed by Taylor Constructions, is a confidential, mission-critical 2-storey data centre located in Eastern Creek, NSW. This large-scale facility includes specialized areas like Front of House, offices, storage spaces, and a main data hall housing four pods of data racks.

New Edge Group was responsible for providing the mechanical services for this project, playing a vital role in equipping the data centre with advanced mechanical systems to support its critical operations.

Taylor Constructions faced challenges like the need for highly specialized mechanical systems, maintaining optimal environmental conditions within the data centre, and the complexity of designing and implementing these systems in a large-scale facility.

New Edge Group’s approach included implementing advanced mechanical solutions tailored for the data centre, focusing on climate control and ventilation to maintain optimal conditions, and strategically planning and executing the installation of mechanical services.
