New Edge Group undertook the D&C mechanical services for Besix Watpac on this 8-storey new PCA “A” Grade Office Tower in Macquarie Park. The project has a parametric-modelled façade providing abundant access to daylight, and striking the optimum balance between performance and amenity to deliver an innovative and environmentally responsive façade. It incorporates 2 basement floors, a retail corporate showroom and retail spaces. Energy saving measure include chilled beams, low temperature VAV. The project is a 5-Star Green Star Design and As-Built Rating (V1.3), 5-Star NABERS rating and targeting a WELL Platinum Certification.
