Warehouses 3 & 6

New Edge Group was appointed by Qanstruct for the D&C Electrical Services Subcontract for Warehouses 3 & 6 in the ‘Elevation at Greystanes’ Industrial Park. The scope of works for Warehouses 3 and 6 included all Low Voltage Power requirements (consumer mains from HV kiosk to MSB, MSB, pit and pipe throughout the site, submain services and building distribution and service boards, final subcircuits, cable management, energy management and general socket outlets, captive outlets and isolators), Lighting (general, emergency, control gear and external lighting), EV Chargers, Communications (Lead-in NBN conduits to warehouse MCR) and Photovoltaics (provision of future connection of 99kW PV system at the main switchboard).  Warehouse 3 comprises a main office and dock office located on both levels, 9 off on-grade docks with a super awning and 12 off recessed docks, 132 off carparking spaces, a 99kW solar system and dedicated HV kiosk substation. Warehouse 6 comprises a main office and dock office, dedicated MHE charging area, ante room/loading room, freezer divided into 3 chambers, 2 off on-grade docks and 12 recessed docks, 40 under croft carparking spaces and 3 outdoor carparking spaces, a 99kW solar system and a dedicated HV kiosk substation. Watson Young Architects designed the warehouses to achieve a 5-Star GreenStar Design As-Built V1.3 certification. ‘Elevation at Greystanes’ offers modern, high-quality warehousing, distribution and logistics facilities with an onsite café, professional grade basketball court and a BBQ area.  The project was developed by Aliro Group and their development partner ISPT and the official opening was held on 20th September, 2024.
